All orders (which must be placed through our retail premises only, in person, email or by telephone) are subject to terms and conditions as set out below, these do not affect your statuary rights

Money back guarantee
We offer a full refund policy on ALL goods purchased with no explanation needed (again an explanation would help us to improve our service) , if it is within a reasonable time (a reasonable time would be within 7 days of receiving the goods purchased). Delivery charges are not refundable and a collection charge will be made. This does not affect your statuary rights.
- All sales become legally binding once both parties have agreed the terms of the sale i.e. an invoice has been raised and excepted
- A full payment or a deposit is required for any goods before an invoice can be raised.
- You can cancel up to 24 hours before your due delivery but must do so in writing, you do not have to give an explanation as to why but it would help us to improve our service if you could.
- All our products come with a 12 month guarantee against defective design, workmanship or faulty materials.
